The Studio
Arriving and working in the UAE since 2007, the founders of Studio Ubivis
honed their expertise at the UAE’s most prestigious multidisciplinary firms, with a
focus on landscape architecture. Their extensive portfolio spans high-end modern
villas, commercial buildings, and master-planned communities, providing them with
a mastery of regional materials, technical processes, and contextual challenges.
2025 is the birth of the studio. While the design principals are based in Dubai,
the team collaborates with like-minded professionals to deliver the same goal.
Recognizing a lack of professional rigor in the residential sector in the
region – the villa… the house… the shelter, Studio Ubivis was founded to fill this
niche. By applying the same high-level design thinking used in large-scale
architecture to the more intimate private garden, they provide a more thorough and
professional landscape service. Their mission is to redefine regional luxury—moving
away from traditional grandeur toward a more thoughtful, timeless, and modern
approach to the private home
