Studio Ubivis is currently developing a modernist office pavilion and the landscape (architecture and landscape concept scope) for a young Emirati couple in Lahbab, Dubai, UAE.
Inspired by the region’s iconic red sands, the design integrates the architecture with its environment through the use of textured colored concrete and predominantly reddish crushed gravel ground cover. This “red” colored landscape is framed by seating decks and a serene water feature utilizing a traditional falaj spout.
By blending local softscape with bold, site-specific colors, the project creates a seamless remote-work office retreat that honors its natural surroundings.
